Clinical & practical support.

Let’s Talk Strength, Inc. was born from the need to fill gaps in the care and services offered to U.S. service members and veterans. At LTS, no one fights alone.

The Direct Care Initiative

Addressing misdiagnosis & accessing mental health services

When working through the Veteran’s Administration, service members and their loved ones can face long waits, extensive paperwork, and even inaccessibility of care — and active-duty military members may have several reasons not to seek care through their chain of command. LTS Inc. has experience finding alternative routes to support and treatment.

We believe true health is entirely individual. Your body, mind, and spirit are unique, which means your care should be too. Our program rejects the one-size-fits-all approach, integrating evidence-based clinical medicine with personalized holistic therapies.

The Secure Bridge

100% confidential. Zero paperwork trail.

The Secure Bridge program gives completely confidential mental health support, off the record. We connect the active-duty service member with services or resources outside of their command, with zero military documentation — protecting their peace of mind, their privacy, and their career.

High Impact Relief

When crisis hits, we move fast.

Financial despair, housing insecurity, and utility disconnection are major triggers for severe psychological distress and suicidal ideation. Our Emergency Practical Support Program provides rapid, concrete relief to lift the immediate burden, de-escalate crisis levels, and protect your mental wellbeing.

Our goal is to give a hand up to military past and present in need. Although we would love to help everyone, funding is limited — we review every application and decide approval status individually.
